We are able to offer 3 separate degrees of client segmentation to suit ever budget and scenario;

 

Level 1 – Group Behavioural Personality

Organisations are made up of a complex and diverse mix of people with equally diverse needs and motivations. However, companies and organisations in particular sectors, locations and industries will employ particular types of employees with traits such as age, education levels, salary bands etc in common. ClaradanMetrics is able to recognise and categorise these factors and in addition identify behavioural patterns through our Behavioural Finance Analytics that will lead to an overall ‘best fit’ model.

This enables messaging to be tailored to the specific make up of members of a particular organisation and ensure that maximum engagement and participation is achieved – far outperforming the generic messaging usually employed by competitors.

 

Level 2 – Group Segmentation

Suitable for larger organisation and those with a more diverse workforce, ClaradanMetrics, through our use of Behavioural Finance Analytics, segment the organisation into 4-6 categories, depending on the results and makeup of the group. This deeper level of segmentation and understanding of each groups drivers, motivations and behavioural tendencies allows ClaradanMetrics to design specific messaging for each group. This can be delivered either independently with our support and guidance, or by workshops and seminars hosted by our own Behavioural Finance experts.

 

Level 3 – Individual Profiling

For smaller organisations and for the ultimate in employee support, ClaradanMetrics is able to deliver individual profiling reports to establish the exact behavioural personality of each member of an organisation. Through a mix of Behavioural Finance Analytics and Behavioural Finance questionnaires, we are able to present the exact messaging required to achieve very high levels of engagement and participation. This can be deployed as support for IFA’s and internal advisers or outsourced to ClaradanMetrics.

Our ability to understand why certain behaviour is demonstrated in particular environments and our capability to both measure for behavioural traits and create effective and robust client engagement solutions, also supports our approach to achieving significant behavioural change in the area of pensions and savings contribution rates.
